Onyx Series
My new series of Saturn Illusions take inspiration from the black on black colors of some Mata Ortiz pottery. The patterns are formed via textural differences rather than color and the patterns. The patterns are formed by thousands of tiny burned lines and become more visible at certain angles and lighting conditions.
